LiquidityFlow, a product of Clevern Capital operated by Clevern Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using LiquidityFlow you agree to this policy.

No bank login. Unlike many tools, LiquidityFlow never connects to your bank and never asks for banking credentials. You upload statements yourself, and we do not retain the original files — we extract the transactions, keep only that data (plus a content fingerprint used to detect duplicate uploads), and discard the file.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — your email address, and any display name or preferences you set.

Statement & financial data — the transactions we extract from statements you upload (dates, amounts, descriptions, merchants/firms, and the categories assigned). We do not store the uploaded files themselves after processing.

Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your subscription status and card brand/last four; we never receive or store your full card number.

Usage information — basic technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and how you interact with the app, used to keep the Service secure and working.

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive identifiers, and we ask that you not enter them.

2. How We Use Your Information

To extract, categorize, and display your payouts and expenses, and to power calendars, insights, and tax-report exports.
To process subscriptions and maintain your account.
To send you service and account emails, and — only if you leave them enabled — optional alerts and digests.
To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise to you or market you to third parties.

3. AI Processing of Statements

To turn a statement into structured transactions, the text of your uploaded statement is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it and returns the extracted data. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, your inputs are not used to train its models. Extraction is automated and may contain errors, so please review your data.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers needed to run LiquidityFlow:

Anthropic — AI extraction of uploaded statements.
Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — database and authentication.
Resend — transactional and notification emails.
Vercel — application hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored with our cloud providers using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use access controls, and we do not store your uploaded statement files or full payment-card details. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Access & update: view and edit your account information in the app.
Export: export your data (e.g., tax reports) from the app, or request a copy by email.
Email preferences: turn optional alerts off in Notifications, or unsubscribe via any email footer.
Deletion: delete your account and associated data at any time; we remove it in line with applicable law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and a referral cookie to attribute affiliate sign-ups. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser, though disabling essential cookies may break core functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

LiquidityFlow is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
