Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Welcome to LiquidityFlow, a product of Clevern Capital operated by Clevern Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“LiquidityFlow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use LiquidityFlow you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. What LiquidityFlow Does
LiquidityFlow is a bookkeeping and analytics tool for prop-firm traders. You upload account statements (bank, card, or prop-firm), and we extract, categorize, and organize the payouts and expenses within them so you can track your prop-firm business and prepare for taxes. Core features include statement extraction, payout and expense tracking, per-account cost-to-payout, calendars, insights, and tax-report exports.
We are not a financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor, and we are not a broker, bank, or prop firm. The Service provides organizational tools and estimates only. Any figures, categorizations, or tax-related outputs are for your convenience and must be reviewed and verified by you (and, where appropriate, a qualified accountant) before you rely on them. All trading and financial decisions are solely your responsibility.
3. Your Statements & Data
You retain ownership of the statements and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, extract, categorize, store, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Statement extraction is performed with the help of an AI provider (Anthropic). To extract your transactions, the text of an uploaded statement is transmitted to that provider for processing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled, including that we do not retain your original uploaded files after extraction.
Extraction is automated and may contain errors. We do not warrant that every transaction, amount, date, or category is complete or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing your data — especially before filing taxes or making financial decisions.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@liquidityflowcapital.com of any unauthorized access.
- Use a strong, unique password. You may sign in with email or a supported third-party login.
5. Plans, Payments & Subscriptions
LiquidityFlow offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (currently “Pro” and “Elite”), billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- You may cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: monthly plans are generally non-refundable; yearly plans may be refunded on a prorated basis if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. We consider requests for billing errors or technical faults case by case.
- Trials & promo codes: we may grant time-limited access to a paid tier via codes or promotions. Such access ends automatically when the granted period expires, after which you return to your paid plan or the free tier.
6. Affiliate Links & Programs
The Service may display links or discount codes for third-party prop firms and other services. We may earn a commission when you sign up through those links, at no additional cost to you. We also operate an affiliate program through which third parties may earn a commission for referring new subscribers. Third-party offers are provided by those third parties, not by us; always confirm the current terms on the third party’s own site.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to upload.
- Share your account, or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Attempt to overload our systems or interfere with other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
We own all rights in the LiquidityFlow platform, including its software, design, branding, and extraction and analytics logic. You keep ownership of your own data. We may create anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you and use it to operate and improve the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the completeness or accuracy of any extracted or displayed data. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or tax advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquidityFlow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, tax outcomes, or data inaccuracies arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon deletion we remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
